What information can I export?

Once your registration process has begun, you can export the delegate data any time. Simply navigate to the Export Data page and choose what information you require exported.

The following data is exportable:

Users

All users currently on a specific instance. That’s every user in the system, not just booked to a session. This also includes all admin users and default accounts used by the system (like on-site registration accounts).

Options

Our settings options for this specific instance. This can be helpful if you want to duplicate a tried and tested system quickly.

Non Attendees

Delegates who have declined to attend the event. This information should be used when doing invite resends and chasers.

Exporting Options

All these options directly download a CSV file, which can be opened in Excel and resaved as an XLS file.

Tip: this is worth doing if you want to use features like sortable columns in Excel, as a CSV is basic data and does not support these features.

The next two download options take you to an additional export page, where you can filter down what's required.

Exporting Data

Event Attendees

Download all event attendees. That's everyone who’s booked to attend your event. You can filter per event or download all attendees. Post event, you can also filter by Checked In delegates.

Session Attendees

Download all session attendees. This is everyone who’s booked to attend sessions. You can filter per event or download all attendees. Post event, you can also filter by Checked In delegates.

Incomplete Payments

Download all incomplete payments. This is everyone who’s booked to attend a priced event but have not completed the payment process. This option will appear only if your event(s) are priced and not free.
