Need to whitelist DelegateManager?

If you or your delegates are having trouble either accessing our service or receiving campaign emails, you may want to ask your IT team to whitelist our web and IP addresses. This information can also be passed onto companies where groups of delegates are registering. It is strongly recommended that in scenarios involving large amounts of traffic accessing our system or receiving emailings, our IP addresses are whitelisted.

DelegateManager address

To prevent any issues regarding the sending of domain or IP addresses, the following may be whitelisted:

  • 84.18.212.146
  • *.delegatemanager.com

Email campaign addresses

DelegateManager is capable of sending multiple types of email campaigns, including invites, chaser invites, pre and post-event emails. Our service uses a trusted third party provider, Campaign Monitor, to send all bulk* emailing requests. The following range of IP addresses are used to send these emails:

  • 27.126.146.0/24
  • 103.28.42.0/24
  • 146.88.28.0/24
  • 163.47.180.0/22
  • 203.55.21.0/24
  • 204.75.142.0/24

*Bulk emailing refers to the process of sending more than one email at the same time. For example, when a delegate registers for an event, the system will automatically send them confirmation - one email to one delegate from the DelegateManager address. However, batch emails to multiple recipients will be sent from one of the Campaign Monitor addresses.
