This is our most commonly asked question, so we have made the process very simple. Just log into the admin area of DelegateManager and navigate to Delegates. The search fields are really responsive and you will be able to search by forename, surname and/or email address. Find your delegate and view their details.
At the bottom of this page, you'll see the sections 'Event Attendees' and 'Session Attendees' – one or both of which will be populated with content. Click the pencil to edit this booking.
When updating the booking you can:
- Change event / session
- Change registration status to 'cancelled'
- Mark them as attended
- Add a guest
- Add to an attendee group
- Resend confirmation email
If you make any changes to a delegate's booking on their behalf, we recommend you opt to resend the confirmation email. To see how to do this, please read the Resending a confirmation email to an attendee article.
